1. Description of Services

Digital Information Product: A downloadable guide on legal steps for property purchase.

Physical Materials: Printed materials related to property purchase procedures.

2. Fee Schedule and Payment Terms

All charges are specified prior to engagement. Fees for services and products must be settled via the provided payment channels as described in the invoice. Processing begins upon full receipt of payment for the selected offering.

3. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy

Reimbursement requests are subject to the following conditions and timelines. Please review the relevant section for your purchase type.

3.1 Legal Services

If no substantive work has begun on your file, you may request reimbursement within 14 calendar days of payment. Upon approval, the amount paid will be reimbursed via the original method within 14 calendar days of approval. You may postpone your engagement once at no extra charge if notice is provided at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start. After work has commenced, services are final and no reimbursement will be granted due to the custom nature of legal preparation and representation.

3.2 Digital Information Product

Digital materials are available for immediate access upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital delivery, purchases are not eligible for reimbursement once access credentials or download links are provided. Please review sample content before purchase.

3.3 Physical Materials

For unopened and unmarked items delivered to you, you may apply for reimbursement within 7 calendar days of receipt. Items must remain in original packaging and unmarked. Once we receive and inspect the merchandise, the amount paid will be reimbursed within 14 calendar days. Shipping expenses for shipment back are the responsibility of the purchaser.

4. Rescheduling of Appointments

Consultation appointments linked to legal services may be rescheduled without penalty if notice is given at least 48 hours before the original date. Within 48 hours, a nominal fee may apply for changes.
